1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enrolment payment or completing the contact form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, do not proceed with enrolment.

3. Service Description

Neurantis offers online AI development programmes delivered in English. Programmes include the Papers Course (8 weeks), the Reinforcement Learning Course (17 weeks), and the Research Engineering Fellowship (24 weeks). Programmes are delivered through a combination of written materials, scheduled online sessions (text-based), and asynchronous assignment submission and feedback. All programmes are available to learners in Malaysia and internationally, subject to payment processing capability.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content created by Neurantis — including course materials, assignment briefs, rubrics, and feedback templates — remains the intellectual property of Neurantis. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for personal learning during the programme period.

Work you produce during the programme (reproduction notes, assignments, fellowship projects) remains your intellectual property. For fellowship projects released publicly, you grant Neurantis a non-exclusive right to reference the work in communications describing programme outcomes.

8. Programme-Specific Terms

Completion records: Neurantis issues a completion record to learners who submit all required assessments within the programme period. The record states the programme name, cohort dates, and a summary of the assessment record. It is not a regulated qualification and does not represent professional accreditation of any kind.

Compute access: For programmes that include cluster access, allocation is provided for the duration of the cohort period. Unused allocation does not carry over and is not refundable. Compute access must not be used for purposes outside the programme assignments.

Fellowship public release: Neurantis supports learners in preparing fellowship work for public release but does not submit work to journals or conferences on your behalf. The fellowship does not represent that work will be accepted anywhere or produce any particular career outcome.

9. Disclaimers

Programmes are provided on an as-is basis. Neurantis does not warrant that programme content is free of errors, that the methods taught will produce specific outcomes in any learner's work environment, or that completion of a programme will result in employment, career advancement, or any other outcome. Weekly hour estimates are medians from completed cohorts and are not binding commitments about individual experience.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, Neurantis's total liability for any claim arising from a programme is limited to the fee paid for that programme. Neurantis is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost earnings, data loss, or loss of opportunity, however arising.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Neurantis against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of compute resources, or your infringement of any third party's intellectual property through work submitted in a programme.

12. Termination

Neurantis may suspend or terminate your programme access immediately for material breach of these Terms, including academic dishonesty, misuse of compute resources, or sustained disruptive conduct. You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting [email protected] and allowing 30 days for a written response. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be referred to mediation administered by the Malaysian Mediation Centre before any court proceedings are initiated. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.

14. General Provisions

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our practices or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes took effect. For enrolled learners, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in a programme after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
